Today we worked on MATHia and took a self-assessment. You had to assess your own class work and decide where you fell on the 4-point scale. You will also be assessing your group members later this week.
The next MATHia Module (Angle Relationships) is due on Friday 2/10. It is only a week and a half away so make sure you are on pace with the deadline.
We finished our introduction to transformations today with the second half of Lesson 7.4.
We will be taking our Chapter 7 test tomorrow. Be sure to study your chapter summary, warm-ups, class work and homework to help you arrive fully prepared. This will be your first test of second semester, and you want to get off to a great start!
I hope you enjoyed your 3 day weekend! We continued our work with translations today with a look at translating linear functions in Lesson 7.2. We discovered that translating a linear function either vertically or horizontally will change the y-intercept, but will not change the slope in any way.
Welcome back and I hope you had a great break! Today we worked on MATHia and learned about our new team structure. We will be focusing on working with our team members and maintaining our jobs within our teams.
